Compensation

Simple & Transparent

85/15 commission split, $85 monthly fee, and a $15,000 annual cap. Reach your annual cap and earn 100% commission for the remainder of the year. Note: Fusion Growth Partners provides its services under a separate agreement and fee structure.

SMART Referral Program

Receive Listing Referrals

Infinitely better than leads SMART’s qualified agents may receive listing referral opportunities through our SMART Referral Program. Participation is optional, and agents must opt in and meet program qualifications. Referral fees of up to 35% may apply.

Revenue Share

Our Revenue Share Model is reserved for our State Brokers, Area Leaders and certain Vendors. It rewards leadership, production, and helps SMART expand into new markets.
