Andy Parker founded SMART with a simple belief: every committed real estate agent deserves the opportunity to build a better business.
After spending decades in real estate, technology, coaching, and business development, Andy recognized that most brokerages offered agents tools—but very few consistently helped them build successful businesses.
Drawing on lessons learned during his seven-year NFL career and his entrepreneurial background, Andy built SMART around proven systems, implementation, accountability, and a purpose-driven culture that helps agents grow professionally, personally, and financially.
Today, Andy’s mission remains the same: help committed agents build stronger businesses and better futures.
