SMART was founded by Andy Parker, an entrepreneur, California Broker, and former NFL player whose career has always centered around leadership, discipline, innovation, and serving others.

Drawing from decades of experience in business development, real estate, and team leadership, Andy created SMART to address one simple challenge: How can we help good agents build great businesses and do this for 100% of our agents, not just for the top 10% or 20%.  At SMART there is no 80/20 rule!

Today, SMART continues to evolve by combining experienced leadership with strategic technology and operational partners to better serve both agents and consumers.
